My PC had a virus so bad we couldnt even turn on the computer. We had to get a new computer but because we lost the PC, we also lost my itunes with all my songs. I still have my ipod(2nd gen touch) with my songs, is a there a virus free and payment free program/software I can download that will transfer my ipod songs back to my new PC? if it helps to know, I got a about 95% of my songs from album CDs which I do not have possession of and never will.

Hi, you can do this with Tipard iPod to PC Transfer.
Download here:
topsevenreviews.com/tipard-ip…
Step 1: Download and run the Transfer
Step 2: Connect iPhone to your computer, then the transfer can automatically load your iPhone into it.
Step 3: Click Audio or Video or all the contents of your iPhone, and then music and videos will be automatically displayed
Step 4: Select the files you want to transfer by clicking the square icon.
Step 5: Click "Export to PC" button, then a pop-up window will appear for you to choose the place for the transferred files. After few seconds the transfer process will be finished.
Hope this helps.

I heard this iPod to Computer/iTunes/iPod transfer works pretty good on this.
This iPod to Computer/iTunes/iPod transfer can quickly and easily transfer your iPod songs, vdieos, photos, playlists, ratings, and other info directly to iTunes, transfer music and videos from any iPod back to any Windows computer. It can also transfer music and videos from your iPod to iPhone or other iPods.

Well i know a way. Plug your ipod into your computer. Then navigate to your ipod. It should be like Computer>Ipod or something like that. Then there should be a folder with more folders in it. there are mp3 files with weird names. look at this video to figure out more youtube.com/watch?v=FtRFsX6FB…

no need to do that. just install iTunes onto your new PC, and then sync your iPod with your new PC. the new PC will become the default computer for your iPod
