im starting to freak out because everytime i visit a page tons of other pages pop up or im direct to another page that i didn't want to go to and im guessing thats the reason why - because my antivirus protection is NOT ON!!

Have you tried clicking your av programs icon and turning it on ?

Edit : You need to run free version of this, you have already become infected from what you are saying, use free of this.

The system does NOT have any anti-virus or anti-spyware unless you install it. just turning on monitoring will only result in continuous messages that you do not have protection. Install a proper anti-spyware/virus program now!
